The new Schroff® Varistar Co-Location Cabinet is a secure, multi-compartment unit designed exclusively for IT infrastructure and data centers. It features a secure shelf divider that is attached to the frame at multiple points. These shelf dividers cannot be removed through single compartment access. The Varistar multi-point door latching system assures added security and robustness with individual combination locks at the latch points. The door latching system can be modified to meet specific user requirements. The Varistar Co-Location Cabinet is available in single, double and triple bay versions with a wide range of standard components and sizes. Cabinets are available with perforated front and rear doors, depth adjustable equipment rails, and a cable access system.
Standard options include lockable side panels, cabinet ganging kits, secure dividers between ganged cabinets, floor bolting kits, and U height indicators. Color choice and logo application are available. Schroff can also provide customized cable, thermal and power management solutions. Schroff global manufacturing and technical support allow for common installation and service in multi-region locations.
